BuffBudgets provides coaching services and downloadable tools for personal budgeting and debt management. All content and services are for educational and informational purposes only. BuffBudgets is not a licensed financial advisor and does not offer financial, legal, or tax advice. Your use of this website and its services does not establish a financial advisor-client relationship.

2. Coaching & Subscription Services

We offer one-on-one budget coaching through single or multi-session subscription packages (up to twelve sessions). Subscriptions are paid in full upfront and grant access to sessions scheduled at mutually agreed times.

3. Digital Products

BuffBudgets offers paid downloadable spreadsheets and client resource documents. These products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are accepted online only via secure checkout. We do not accept in-person payments. Accepted methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay

  • Klarna

  • Mobile tap-to-pay systems

Your payment confirms your agreement to these terms and any associated refund or cancellation policies.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use BuffBudgets' services. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

7. Testimonials & Anonymized Client Stories

BuffBudgets reserves the right to use anonymous feedback, financial examples, and success stories on our website and social media. Any shared information will be stripped of personally identifiable details to maintain your privacy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BuffBudgets.com—including branding, spreadsheets, written materials, logos, blog posts, and downloads—is the property of BuffBudgets. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
